The Mastodon FPP-2 is a simple, reliable four-post parking lift designed primarily for home use. It can be used for both parking and simple vehicle servicing. Each unit parks 2 cars — one on the ground level and one on the raised platform.
With a heavy-duty 3,600 kg lifting capacity, it comfortably accommodates SUVs and large vehicles. The FPP-2 uses a hydraulic-driven system with a single cylinder and steel ropes. As a valet-style parking lift, the ground level must be cleared before lowering the upper platform.
Available in two models: the standard FPP-2 and the taller FPP-2W for higher-clearance vehicles.

Foundation Requirements
Requires a level concrete foundation. Recommended pad dimensions: 4,754 mm x 3,004 mm with four 600 mm x 600 mm anchor pads at the column positions.

Can the FPP-2 be used for parking SUVs?
Yes. The capacity of the FPP-2 is 3,600 kg, which means you can park 2 SUVs per unit.
Is the FPP-2 for indoor or outdoor use?
Both are available. The powder coating finish protects against the elements. When used indoors, ensure adequate ceiling height — minimum 5,540 mm for the FPP-2 or 6,030 mm for the FPP-2W.
What supply voltage is required?
Standard voltage is 220V, 50/60Hz, 1 Phase. Other voltages can be customised on request.
Is the operation easy?
Yes. Simply keep pressing the button on the power pack to lift. To descend, hold the locking release handle and pressure relief handle at the same time.
Can it still operate during a power failure?
Yes — the platform can be lowered manually even without electricity. Descending is controlled entirely by the manual lock release.
Warranty
5-year warranty on structure and 1-year warranty on the complete machine including power units, hydraulic cylinders, cables, chains, valves, switches, and all assembly components.
Mutrade will repair or replace defective parts returned to the factory freight prepaid within the warranty period. Labour costs are excluded unless pre-agreed.
Warranty does not cover defects caused by ordinary wear, abuse, misuse, shipping damage, improper installation, voltage issues, or lack of required maintenance. Damage from rain, excessive humidity, corrosive environments, or unauthorised modifications is also excluded.
